Noor Marzoky is an award-winning Saudi educator and strategic thinker whose career is defined by clarity of vision, execution, and long-term impact. While completing her Master’s in International Relations, Noor founded Workshop Xin 2017, a niche knowledge partner dedicated to designing and delivering high-quality content for corporate and government-driven programs.
 

Recognizing a market gap, she led the company’s evolution from a content provider into a strategic partner serving both public and private sectors. Today, Workshop X supports national transformation efforts through educational experiences that blend insight, relevance, and execution. Its clients include the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Investment, Social Development Bank, and Monsha’at.
 

With over 500 high-level speakers managed and more than 600 workshops delivered, Noor has built a strong track record in content development, speaker curation, and learning program design. Her leadership has positioned Workshop X as a trusted contributor to high-impact initiatives within the Kingdom.
 

She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Umm Al-Qura University and a Master’s in International Relations from Dar Al-Hekma University. Nearly a decade into her journey, Noor continues to drive initiatives that shape Saudi Arabia’s educational and professional landscape.
