The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) held its Annual Meetings 2024 in Riyadh from 27 to 30 April. Workshop X played a central role in the event's core operations.
What we delivered
- Speaker management: on-ground coordination so every speaker was prepared, briefed and supported.
- Stage management: supervision of the main conference stages, with smooth transitions and adherence to the agenda.
- Floor management: crowd control and attendee flow across five primary halls.
- Show-calling support: management of screen content so visuals matched the programme and its timing.
