Biban 23, organised by Monsha'at (the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises), is one of Saudi Arabia's largest entrepreneurship gatherings. Monsha'at appointed Workshop X as exclusive knowledge partner, responsible for the Main Conference, the E-Commerce Stage and the full workshop programme.
