Karen has an MBA, is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and International Coach Federation coach who travels widely and consults with clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

She is committed to a strengths approach to growth, development and performance optimization — and she unashamedly brings her work home, using a positive, strengths-based approach to help her now-adult children and their friends make life and career decisions.
Part of the London team, Karen lives in Scotland where she enjoys the fresh air and beaches of her home town. She and her husband are actively involved in running a charitable, self-funded sports club that offers elite sporting and community development opportunities for young people.
