KAREN MILNE IS A SENIOR CONSULTANT, executive coach, talent and engagement consultant, and course leader. Since joining Gallup in 2000, she has built expertise and credibility in talent management, workplace engagement, leadership and performance development. Karen has an MBA, is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and International Coach Federation coach who travels widely and consults with clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Inspired by the unique qualities and talents in each person, it’s Karen’s professional and personal mission to make a difference at the individual, team and organisation level.
